Woohoo! It’s Almost Slave State Compulsory Funding Day!

Oh yeah!

Let the good times roll!

Can ya feel it?

I don’t know ’bout you, but I’m as happy as Navin Johnson on New Phone Book Day. Maybe even happier.

Of course, this can only mean one thing. That’s right: Slave State Compulsory Funding Day is almost here!

The day those fortunate few of us still blessed to possess something of a personal income in the Progressive States of America are called upon (read: “required at gunpoint”) to surrender vast sums of the results of their labor so that they might help to further the promotion and establishment of an Orwellian superstate. Aw yeah! It doesn’t get any better than this!

Are you psyched?

Are you jazzed?

More importantly, are you ready to pay your “fair share”?

For about half of us, that’s roughly zero per cent, by the way. Whatta deal! “Too good to be true”, you say?

No worries. It all works out in the end. You see, the other half more than cover the rest of us with their “fair share”.

But wait, it gets better!

The top 10% of wage earners pay…get this…about two thirds of federal income taxes collected.

As if that wasn’t cool (and progressive) enough, the top 5% of taxpayers pay over half of all income taxes collected.

Now that’s how you build a slave state.

All in the name of Progress.
